Our course opened initially as 9 holes in 1994 and then the full 18 holes were opened in 1996. Over the years there has been much investment by the Estate and the course currently measures 6349 yards from the General's Tees. The course spans 2 counties, and we have 9 holes in Wiltshire and 9 holes in Dorset.
With far reaching views down to the coast it is possible to see the balloon in Bournemouth and the cliffs of the Isle of Wight on a clear day. Meandering through the beautiful tranquillity of the Estate you may well be lucky enough to see some of the abundance of wildlife that we share the Estate with. We even have Macaws that come and visit on occasions from the Larmer Tree!
Rushmore prides itself on being a welcoming, friendly, and inclusive club. We have members from every imaginable walk of life here, Generals to Gardeners, Politicians to Policemen. Everyone is here for exactly the same reason, to enjoy the beautiful plot of land that we sit on.
The clubhouse is open 7 days per week for breakfasts & lunches. Please call us on 01725 516466 if you would like to book a table.
